Can UAE residency be obtained through company formation?

Yes. Company formation can make you eligible for UAE residency, and we support the process end to end.

What is the validity period of the residency visa?

Residency visas are generally valid for two years, depending on the company structure and visa category, and can be renewed every two years.

Is family sponsorship available?

Yes. UAE residency allows for family sponsorship, subject to eligibility criteria and visa regulations. We provide guidance on the requirements and assist with the application process.

Do you assist with business bank account opening?

Yes. We provide support throughout the business bank account opening process.

Which banking institutions do you work with?

We do not have partnerships with any banking institutions. This allows us to provide fully independent and objective advice when selecting the most suitable bank based on your assets, cost preferences, and banking needs, such as investing, savings, or financing. We then assist with the full bank account application process.

What is the expected timeframe for bank account approval?

Bank account approval usually takes between one and three weeks, depending on the bank and application profile.

Tax & Regulatory Compliance

Is personal income subject to taxation in the UAE?

Yes. Personal income tax exists in the UAE, however it is currently set at 0%, meaning personal income is effectively not taxed.

Are companies subject to corporate tax in the UAE?
